摘要
朱镇华教授认为小儿慢性鼻窦炎和腺样体肥大在解剖、生理结构、病因病机上相互影响,根据临床观察,小儿慢性鼻窦炎与腺样体肥大并发的小儿体质有一定的趋向性,其病机可基本归纳为肺脾气虚、痰湿聚窦窍,故治疗应补肺益气、健脾祛湿。将经方参苓白术散加减为党参、白术、黄芪、山药、茯苓、白扁豆、薏苡仁、石菖蒲、桔梗、甘草并重命名为参苓通窍散,对治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎并发腺样体肥大疗效较佳。介绍朱镇华教授治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎并发腺样体肥大的经验,并附验案一则,以资佐证。
Professor Zhu Zhenhua believes that chronic sinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy in children have a mutual influence on anatomy,physiological structure,etiology,and pathogenesis.According to clinical observations,children with chronic sinusitis and adenoid hypertrophy have a certain tendency towards physical constitution,and their pathogenesis can be basically summarized as lung and spleen qi deficiency,phlegm and dampness accumulation in the sinuses and orifices.Therefore,treatment should supplement the lungs and Qi,strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness.The prescription of Shenling Baizhu Powder was modified to include Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Yam,Poria cocos,White Lentils,Coix seed,Acorus tatarinowii,Platycodon grandiflorus and Licorice,and renamed as Shenling Tongqiao Powder.It has shown excellent therapeutic effects in treating pediatric chronic sinusitis complicated by adenoid hypertrophy.Introduce Professor Zhu Zhenhua s experience in treating pediatric chronic sinusitis complicated with adenoid hypertrophy,and provide one case study as evidence.
