摘要
为了解湖南省高校知识产权信息服务基本情况,以湖南省高校知识产权中心建设试点单位为研究对象,从服务平台设置、服务资源供给、服务内容提供3个方面对其知识产权信息服务现状进行调查,剖析其面临的困境与挑战,并提出相应的破困之策,以期为湖南省高校知识产权信息服务的发展与完善提供参考借鉴。
To understand the basic situation of intellectual property(IP)information services of universities in Hunan Province,this study focuses on the pilot institutions for the construction of intellectual property centers.It investigates the status of IP information services from three perspectives:service platform setting,resource provision,and service content delivery.The paper analyzes the challenges and dilemmas faced by these institutions and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to provide reference for the develop-ment and improvement of IP information services of universities in Hunan Province.
