摘要
我国从2018年开始遴选高校国家知识产权信息服务中心,提升高校知识产权工作的能力和水平。以第二批遴选的37所高校国家知识产权信息服务中心作为研究对象,采用网络调查法,从网站与栏目、服务内容、服务团队、服务流程四个方面对其专利信息服务现状进行调查分析,提出当前存在问题,并提供相应的完善策略,以期为高校图书馆改进专利信息服务提供参考。
China began to select the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center of universities in 2018 to improve the ability and level of intellectual property work of universities.The paper takes the National In-tellectual Property Information Service Center of 37 universities selected in the second batch as the research object,a-dopts network survey method to investigate and analyze the patent information service situation from four aspects:web-site and column,service content,service team and service process.In order to provide reference for university library to improve patent information service,the paper puts forward the existing problems and provides corresponding im-provement strategies.
