新时代国有企业劳动关系管理工作探讨

摘要 在社会经济活动中,劳动关系是最为基本的社会生产关系。劳动关系是一个综合性的概念,其中包含了关系主体、关系结构、劳动关系以及运作规律等内容,是企业管理链条的重要部分。在新时代背景下,国有企业要重视劳动关系管理,运用有效的管理手段构建健康有序的内部环境,为企业外部发展奠定基础;同时要通过劳动关系管理来调动员工的积极性,引进和储备大量优秀人才,为企业市场竞争力的提高创造条件。 In socio-economic activities,labor relations are the most fundamental social production relations.Labor relations are a comprehensive concept that includes the subject of the relationship,the structure of the relationship,labor relations,and operational rules.They are an important part of the enterprise management chain.In the context of the new era,state-owned enterprises should attach importance to labor relations management and use effective management methods to build a healthy and orderly internal environment,laying the foundation for the external development of the enterprise.At the same time,it is necessary to mobilize employeesenthusiasm through labor relations management,introduce and reserve a large number of outstanding talents,and create conditions for the improvement of the companys market competitiveness.The author is responsible for managing the risks of employee onboarding and offboarding,as well as personnel placement during mergers and acquisitions,which are all part of labor relations management.
