摘要
介绍基于截断扭转理论分期论治传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临证经验。认为IM可分为初期、极期、后期三期论治,截断扭转理论有利于快速控制病情,阻断病情进展,减少重症发生。同时临床用药注意顾护小儿胃气,以免克伐生生之气。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of staged treatment of infectious mononucleosis(IM)based on the theory of truncation and reversal.The authors believe that IM can be divided into three stages of treatment,namely the early stage,the extreme stage,and the late stage.The theory of truncation and reversal is beneficial for the quick control of the condition of disease,blocking its progression,and reducing the occurrence of severe symptoms.At the same time,clinical medication should pay attention to the care of children's stomach qi to avoid causing damage to their healthy qi.
