摘要
文章基于对华亭华煤清能煤化工有限责任公司(以下统称为“公司”)220 t/h高温高压气冷循环流化床锅炉装置运行过程中的指标参数及事故案例,分析锅炉频繁堵渣的原因,并提出相应的处置措施,以确保锅炉装置长周期安全稳定运行。
This paper is based on the operating parameters and accident cases of the 220 t/h high temperature and high pressure gascooled circulating fluidized bed boiler of Huating Huamei Qingneng Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as company).This paper analyzes the causes of frequent slag blocking of boiler,and puts forward corresponding measures to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of boiler unit.
