摘要
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢是沉淀硬化不锈钢,通常要进行固溶处理和时效。对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢试样和零件分别在真空炉中加热至1040℃保温90~120 min随后在压力为0.1~0.4 MPa的氩气中冷却,和在普通电阻炉中加热至同样温度保温后水冷的固溶处理,以及480℃时效处理。随后检测了试样的硬度、零件的变形量和抗拉强度。结果表明:经真空高压气冷和水冷固溶处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢的显微组织基本相同,由马氏体、α铁素体和残留奥氏体组成;在压力为0.1~0.4 MPa的氩气中冷却固溶处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢零件的硬度、变形量和抗拉强度差异很小;0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢固溶处理可采用真空高压气冷代替水冷。
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel is a type of precipitation-hardening stainless steel,generally is to be solution treated and aged.The specimens and parts made of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel were solution treated by heating to 1040℃and holding at this temperature for 90 to 120 min then cooling in argon gas with pressures ranging from 0.1 to 0.4 MPa in a vacuum furnace,and were solution treated by heating to the same temperature and soaking in a conventional electrically heated furnace then cooling in water,respectively,as well as were aged at 480℃.Subsequently,hardness of the specimens was tested,and deformation amount and tensile strength of the parts were measured.The results indicated that(a)the microstructurews of the 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel solution treated by cooling in vacuum high-pressure gas and in water were largely the same,consisting of martensite,α-ferrite and residual austenite;(b)the hardness,deformation amount and tensile strength of the 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel parts solution treated by cooling in argon gas with pressures ranging from 0.1 to 0.4 MPa were slightly different;and(c)the use of vacuum high-pressure gas cooling instead of water cooling is feasible for solution treating of 0Cr17Ni steel.
