摘要
研究了学校工程施工项目的进度控制与优化策略,从进度计划编制、进度监控、施工组织管理3个方面出发,分析了优化进度计划、进度动态管理、加强组织管理等关键点,通过技术、组织、经济策略的实施,提高学校工程施工项目进度管理水平。
This paper studies the schedule control and optimization strategies of school engineering construction projects,analyzes the key points of schedule optimization,information monitoring,dynamic early warning,resource cooperative allocation and strengthening safeguard measures from three aspects of schedule planning,schedule monitoring and organization management,and improves the schedule management level of school engineering construction projects through the implementation of technical,organizational and economic strategies.
