摘要
从数据模型的角度对模块化建筑构件的进度与成本表现展开研究,通过引入建筑信息模型(building information modeling, BIM)和射频识别技术(radio frequency identification, RFID)两项数据模型技术,设计全生命周期背景下模块化建筑构件进度-成本协同管理平台。从项目全生命周期的视角出发,对模块化建筑构件的实施进度进行智能监控,搭设基于数据模型的模块化建筑预制构件进度管理系统框架,并构建相应构件成本控制模型,为项目进度管理人员提供决策支持,实现模块化建筑构件进度-成本协同管理目标。
From the perspective of data model, this paper studies the progress and cost performance of modular building components. By introducing BIM(building information modeling) and RFID(radio frequency identification) technology, the paper designs a progress-cost collaborative management platform for modular building components under the background of life cycle, the platform can effectively prevent and improve progress delay and high cost of components in the field of modular construction, then provide theoretical basis and supportive data for relevant project managers making decisions so as to realize the basic goal of progress and cost of modular construction projects, which has great guiding significance in improving the construction level of modular construction.
