摘要
以北京东六环改造工程超大直径泥水平衡盾构段下穿欢乐宋商业体为背景,建立隧道下穿过程数值模型,探究在不同的掌子面泥水压力、注浆压力、深孔注浆地层加固措施下建筑基础的沉降规律。深孔注浆措施对大体积建筑沉降控制效果显著,掌子面泥水压力与注浆压力对沉降控制的效果相比深孔注浆较小,建议软弱地层下穿既有建筑采用深孔注浆加固,辅之适应地层深度与地层物理性质的掘进参数。
Taking the oversized diameter mud-water balance shield tunneling underpassing through Joyful Song Commercial Complex of Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Renovation project as the background,a numerical model of the tunnel underpassing process was established to explore the settlement patterns of building foundations under different face slurry pressures,grouting pressures,and deep hole grouting ground reinforcement measures.The deep hole grouting measure has a significant effect on controlling the settlement of large-volume buildings.Compared to deep hole grouting,face slurry pressure and grouting pressure have less impact on settlement control.It is recommended to use deep hole grouting reinforcement for weak strata underpasses existing buildings,supplemented by tunneling parameters that adapt to stratum depth and physical properties.
