摘要
为了提高铁基陶瓷的抗磨损性能,采用激光熔覆技术,在Q235钢表面原位合成TiC-TiB_(2)铁基金属陶瓷熔覆层,采用XRD、SEM等分析不同稀土CeO_(2)含量对含TiC-Ti B_(2)熔覆层对组织性能的影响。结果表明:加入2.5%CeO_(2)可以使TiC-TiB_(2)晶粒细化,金属陶瓷熔层的硬度达到655 HV,为提高含TiC-TiB_(2)熔覆层的性能奠定理论和实验研究基础。
To enhance the wear resistance of Fe-based cermets,a TiC-TiB_(2)Fe-based cermet cladding layer was synthesized in-situ on the surface of Q235 steel using laser cladding technology.The effects of varying Ce,content on the microstructure and properties of the TiC-TiB_(2)cladding layer were analyzed using XRD and SEM.The results indicate that the addition of 2.5 wt.%CeO_(2)refines the TiC-TiB_(2)grains and increases the hardness of the cermet cladding layer to 655 HV,laying a theoretical and experimental foundation for improving the performance of TiC-TiB_(2)-containing cladding layers.
