摘要
通过添加2种不同的稀土氧化物,利用热压液相烧结法烧结,研究了2种工艺条件下稀土氧化物对Ti(C0.7N0.3)基金属陶瓷刀具材料显微结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明,稀土氧化物的添加使材料的力学性能受工艺影响很大,在烧结温度1400℃压力25 MPa,保温时间为30 min的工艺条件下,稀土氧化物的添加会大幅度的降低材料的力学性能;在温度1450℃压力25 MPa,保温时间为30 min的工艺条件下,稀土氧化物会提高材料的断裂韧性.
Hot-pressing liquid phase sintering technique was used to fabricate Ti(C0.7N0.3 ) based cermet tool materials with the addition of two kinds of rare earth oxides. The effect of rare earth oxides on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the tool materials was investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the materials were greatly influenced by the process because of the addition of rare earth oxides.When hot-pressed at 1400℃ and 25 MPa for 30min, the mechanical properties were greatly decreased, while the fracture toughness can be improved when hot-pressed at 1450℃ and 25 MPa for 30min.
