摘要
目的:观察干扰素α-2b联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊及激光治疗对子宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者阴道微生态和外周免疫功能的影响。方法:将2021年1月—2022年1月四川宝石花医院收治的100例子宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者纳入研究,红蓝球法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用干扰素α-2b联合激光进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊,均治疗3个月,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道分泌物pH值、Nugent评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组HPV-DNA载量指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组白细胞酯酶、唾液酸酶、过氧化氢的阴性率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T淋巴细胞3^(+)(CD3^(+))、T淋巴细胞4^(+)(CD4^(+))及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较对照组高,而T淋巴细胞8^(+)(CD8^(+))水平较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫颈炎复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组HPV感染复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用干扰素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊及激光对子宫颈炎伴HPV感染进行治疗,可调节阴道微生物环境,提高机体免疫力,有效避免阴道疾病复发。
Objective:To observe the effects of Interferonα-2b combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules and laser therapy on vaginal microecosystem and peripheral immune function in patients with cervicitis associated and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 100 cases of cervicitis with HPV infection admitted to Sichuan Gem Flower Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group by red and blue ball method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Interferonα-2b combined with laser,and the observation group was treated with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 3 months,the efficacy of two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pH value and Nugent score of vaginal secretions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HPV-DNA load between two groups(P>0.05).The negative rates of leucocyte esterase,sialidase and hydrogen peroxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).+The levels of T lymphocytes 3(CD3^(+)),+T lymphocytes 4(CD4^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the+level of T lymphocytes 8(CD8^(+))in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of cervicitis in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate of HPV infection between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of interferon combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules and laser in the treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection can regulate the vaginal microbial environment,improve the body immunity,and effectively avoid the recurrence of vaginal diseases.
