摘要
传统生物学课程与教学论课堂教学中学生的“中心”地位不突出,考核评价主题单一,致使学生教学实践素养提升不足、难以适应未来职业发展需求。因此,将学习的主动权还给学生,突出学生课堂教学中的主体地位,使之更为有效地达成学习目标,是课程与教学论教学实践中亟待解决的问题。基于学生中心理念,南昌师范学院教学团队通过重塑课程教学目标,重构课程内容体系,创新教学方式方法,改革教学评价模式等多种途径,尝试构建生物学课程与教学论课堂教学新模式,以充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,从而有效达成课程教学目标,为生物科学专业师范生教育教学能力提升和专业素养的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。
In traditional Curriculum and Instruction Theory of Biology courses,the central role of students in the learning process is often underemphasized,and assessments are limited in scope,leading to insufficient development of practical teaching skills needed for future professional requirements.Therefore,it is crucial to return the initiative to students and highlight their central position in the classroom,enabling them to achieve learning goals more effectively.Following a student-centered approach,the teaching team at Nanchang Normal University has sought to reshape course objectives,restructure the content framework,innovate teaching methodologies,and reform assessment models.These efforts aim to establish a new model for Curriculum and Instruction Theory of Biology that maximizes student engagement and initiative,achieves course objectives effectively,and lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of educational and professional skills for pre-service biology teachers.
