摘要
针对内圈剖分型关节轴承的径向游隙在国内外均无该结构产品测量方法及相关标准,结合产品结构特点以及传统测量方法可能存在测量影响因素,开展对内外套圈球径尺寸、内外套圈球面轮廓测量分析,得出该结构轴承不能采用理论径向游隙进行测量。结合产品结构特点设计测量径向游隙装置,运用多系列轴承实测径向游隙值与理论径向游隙值数据的比对分析法,得出理论与实测存在差值。经研究分析确立内圈剖分型轴承径向游隙应以实测值为基础值;同时通过内外圈球面轮廓测量分析以及轴承数据分析比对验证,提出了游隙批量配套控制方案,规范了内圈剖分型关节轴承径向游隙实测方法,明确了产品质量状态。
In view of the lack of measurement methods and relevant standards for the radial clearance of the internal split joint bearing at home and abroad,the measurement and analysis of the ball diameter and spherical profile of the internal and external ring were carried out in combination with the characteristics of the product structure and the factors of the traditional measurement methods that may affect the measurement,and it was concluded that the structural bearings could not be measured with the theoretical radial clearance.According to the characteristics of product structure,a device for measuring radial clearance was designed,and the difference between the theoretical and the measured radial clearance data was obtained by comparing the measured radial clearance data with the theoretical radial clearance data.Through research and analysis,it was established that the radial clearance of inner ring split type bearings should be based on the measured value.At the same time,through the measurement and analysis of the spherical profile of the inner and outer rings and the comparison and verification of the bearing data,it was proposed that a batch matching control scheme of the clearance,the measured method of radial clearance of the inner ring split joint bearings was standardized,and the product quality state was defined.
