基于RSEI的三峡库区乡村聚落生态环境质量动态监测

摘要 乡村振兴战略强调县乡融合发展,乡村聚落生态环境质量建设是乡村生态振兴的重要组成部分。遥感生态指数由四个指数构成(湿度、绿度、干度、热度),可以定量评价区域生态环境质量状态。基于TM和OLI遥感影像数据,从县域及农村居民点两个尺度,利用遥感生态指数分析三峡库区典型区域(忠县)2002—2019年的乡村聚落生态质量变化。结果表明:(1)县域尺度上,绿度变化幅度较大,湿度、干度、热度变化幅度小,四个指数体现出生态质量总体好转;(2)大部分区域绿度为高等级;湿度为中等;干度为较低;热度为中等,建筑用地、东南部地区与整体不同,变化反复无规律。(3)2002年、2010年环境质量以中等等级为主,2019年主要为优。(4)2002—2010年变化较小,2010—2019年变化剧烈,总体质量明显好转。(5)从农村居民点区尺度来看,2002年环境质量较差,2010年有所好转,2019年较差。研究成果可以为研究三峡库区的资源环境承载能力与乡村振兴战略提供数据参考。 The rural revitalization strategy emphasizes the integrated development of counties and townships.The ecological environment quality of rural settlements is an important part of rural ecological revitalization.The remote sensing index RSEI can be used to describe ecological environment quality of rural settlements.It has four indexes(humidity,greenness,dryness,and heat).The RSEI index was used to study the ecological environment quality of rural settlements in Zhongxian County,the core area of the Three Gorges Reservoir.The results showed that:(1)At the county scale,the greenness index first dropped and then rose,with a large change;the humidity index rose first,the change range was small;the dryness index dropped significantly;the heat index was similar to the greenness,first declined and then rose,with a small change.The changes in the four indexes indicated that the ecological environment quality of the study area was improved overall.(2)In some areas,the greenness rose to a high level;the humidity rose to a medium level;the dryness fell to a low level;the heat fell to a medium level.Among them,the construction land and a small number of areas in the southeast had different performances from the overall performance,and the changes were repeated.(3)The composition of the ecological environment quality had been different for many years.In 2002,it was medium,good,poor,excellent,and poor from more to less;in 2010,it was medium,poor,good,poor,and excellent;in 2019,it was good,excellent,and good.Medium,poor,and poor.The quality of the ecological environment in most of the study area was improved significantly.(4)From 2002 to 2010,the changes were small,and the overall ecological environment declined slightly;from 2010 to 2019,the overall ecological environment was greatly improved.(5)From the perspective of rural residential areas,the environmental quality was poor in 2002,improved in 2010,and dropped sharply in 2019.The research results can play a key role in rural revitalization in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
