摘要
以耐高温的桥连型半茂金属络合物为主催化剂、甲基铝氧烷为助催化剂,开展溶液法乙烯与α-烯烃连续共聚反应性能研究,系统考察了停留时间、聚合压力、反应温度、主催化剂用量、共聚单体(1-辛烯)浓度对聚合反应的影响,并通过一系列表征手段深度剖析了聚合产物,从而获得溶液法连续制备聚烯烃弹性体的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在最优聚合反应条件(反应压力3.0 MPa、反应温度120℃、反应停留时间15 min、搅拌速率600 r·min^(-1))下得到的聚烯烃弹性体样品,共聚单体插入率(质量分数)可达到21.32%,密度为0.883 g·cm^(-3),属于典型的弹性体。
A study on the performance of continuous copolymerization of ethylene withα-olefins using a bridge-linked metallocene complex as the main catalyst,was conducted via solution method.The effects of residence time,polymerization pressure,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,and concentration of comonomer(1-octene)on the polymerization reaction were systematically investigated.Various characterization techniques were employed to deeply analyze the polymerization products,thus obtaining the optimal process conditions for the continuous preparation of polyolefin elastomers via solution method.The experimental results indicated that under the optimum polymerization conditions(reaction pressure of 3.0 MPa,reaction temperature of 120℃,reaction residence time of 15 min,and stirring rate of 600 r·min^(-1)),the obtained POE(Polyolefin Elastomer)sample exhibited a comonomer incorporation rate(weight fraction)of up to 21.32%,with a density of 0.883 g·cm^(-3),and had excellent toughness and elastic recovery properties,characteristic of typical elastomers.
