水杨醛亚胺合钛催化体系合成聚烯烃弹性体 被引量:2

Synthesis of Polyolefin Elastomers Using Bis (phenoxyimine) Titanium Catalyst Systerm

摘要 以水杨醛亚胺合钛催化剂为主催化剂,甲基铝氧烷为助催化剂合成了聚烯烃弹性体(POE),探索了不同聚合条件下的POE合成规律,制备得到一系列具有不同辛烯含量的聚烯烃弹性体。聚合物经过了高温核磁碳谱(13C NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及高温凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)的表征。结果表明,催化体系聚合活性最高能达到3 498 kg/(mol·h),POE中1-辛烯摩尔分数在6%~31%之间,重均分子量可在3. 9×10~4~6. 5×10~5g/mol之间调节,分子量分布指数在1. 18~2. 63之间,玻璃化转变温度Tg均低于-42℃,与通用乙烯共聚弹性体的结构性能相近。通过聚合物链中的微观序列分布计算了反应竞聚率,结果表明,该催化剂在进行POE合成时的共聚性能要优于茂金属催化剂Cp2Zr Cl2。 Polyolefin elastomers were synthesized by using bis (phenoxyimine) titanium catalyst upon activation with methylaluminoxane(MAO) under various conditions. A series of ethylene/1-octene copolymers with varying 1-octene content were acquired. They were characterized by high temperature ^13 C-NMR, DSC and GPC. It was found that the activity of catalyst reached as high as 3 498 kg/(mol·h). The mole ratio of 1-octene in POE was between 6% and 31%. The weight-average molecular weight could be adjusted from 3.9 ×10^4 to 6.5 ×10^5 g/mol with the polydispersity index ranging from 1. 18 -2.63. Their glass transition temperature was below -42 ℃. The microstructures and properties of samples were similar to those of general POE products. Reactivity ratios were also calculated according to the triad sequence distributions and the results showed that it was a better catalyst than Cp2ZrCl2 in the copolymerization for the synthesis of POEs.
