摘要
目的:分析阶段相宜护理在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月山东颐养健康集团肥城医院收治的87例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=44)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施阶段相宜护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状评分及总分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组社会活动能力、动性和交往情况、日常生活能力评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,两组心理社会、动机/精力、症状/不良反应评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶段相宜护理在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者精神症状,提高社会功能和生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of stage appropriate nursing in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of eighty-seven patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Feicheng Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=44)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given appropriate nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological symptoms and total scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of social activity ability,mobility and communication status,and daily living ability of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,the psychosocial,motivation/energy,symptom/adverse reaction scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of stage appropriate nursing in chronic schizophrenia patients is remarkable,which can reduce the mental symptoms of patients and improve the social function and quality of life.
