摘要
[目的/意义]探究社会化问答社区答题者知识隐藏行为的发生动因及各因素之间的作用关系,有助于引导答题者减少自身的知识隐藏行为,缩短提问者等待答案的时间,促进知识良性流转,进而为社会化问答社区的持续健康发展提供有效参考。[方法/过程]以国内代表性社会化问答社区——知乎为例,通过对在知乎上有过知识隐藏经历的26名答题者进行半结构化访谈,运用扎根理论的质性分析方法对访谈资料进行三级编码,提炼出相应概念及范畴,并构建社会化问答社区答题者知识隐藏行为影响因素模型。[结果/结论]个体特征、问题价值、知识特性、社区环境、平台载体和管理制度构成了影响社会化问答社区答题者知识隐藏行为的主要因素。
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the motivation of knowledge hiding behavior of respondents in social Q&A community and the relationship between various factors is helpful to guide respondents to reduce their knowledge hiding behavior,shorten the time for questioners to wait for answers,and promote the benign circulation of knowledge,and then provides effective reference for the sustainable and healthy development of social Q&A community.[Method/process]Taking Zhihu,a representative social Q&A community in China,as an example,this paper conducts semi-structured interviews with 26 respondents who have experience of knowledge hiding on Zhihu,uses the qualitative analysis method of grounded theory to encode the interview data at three levels,extracts the corresponding concepts and categories,and builds a model of influencing factors of knowledge hiding behavior of respondents in the social question-and-answer community.[Result/conclusion]Individual characteristics,question value,knowledge characteristics,community environment,platform carrier and management system constitute the main factors that affect the knowledge hiding behavior of the respondents in the social Q&A community.
