摘要
虚拟仿真技术通过计算机生成的图形、图像、声音等多种信息,为使用者打造身临其境的感觉和体验。以汉川机床XH715D为例,阐述了数控仿真实验的必要性和重要性,探索基于三坐标的数控加工虚拟仿真在一体化实验教学中的应用。对标“两性一度”的设计原则,开展虚实结合的层次化实验教学设计,采用交互式教学方式,开发了虚拟机床模拟和加工过程仿真教学平台;构建了“五位一体”的多元化评价体系,深化一流数控仿真实验教学,提升学生的实操能力和探究性思维。数控仿真实验突破时空限制,扩展教学内容的广度和深度,极大地提高了实验教学质量。研究表明,该教学设计有效提升了学生自主学习、探究以及解决复杂工程问题的能力,为数控加工相关专业的教学改革提供了新思路。
Virtual simulation technology have a sense of immersion and experience for users through a variety of sensory stimuli generated by computers,including graphics,images,and sound.Taking Hanjiang Machine Tool XH715D as an example,this paper expounds the value of virtual simulation experiment teaching and explores the design and application of virtual simulation technology for numerical control processing based on three coordinates in integrated experiment teaching.According to the design principle of"one degree for both sexes",it establish a hierarchical experimental teaching design that combines reality and virtuality,as well as an"progressive interactive"teaching method,and develop a teaching platform for virtual machine tool simulation and machining process simulation;A"five-in-one"diversified evaluation system is constructed to deepen the connotation of first-class simulation experiment teaching and enhanced to students'practical operation ability and logical thinking of exploratory experiments.Breaking the traditional constraints of time and space,expanding the breadth and depth of teaching content,and greatly improving the quality and level of experimental teaching.The research results show that this design effectively enhances students'abilities of autonomous learning,exploration and solving complex engineering problems.Therefore,this research provides a new idea in the field of numerical control processing,which has significant educational value and practical significance.
