基于UG建模和仿真的拖拉机箱体零件数控加工研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高拖拉机箱体复杂曲面的加工精度,合理安排加工工序,提高加工效率,将UG建模和仿真技术引入到了零件数据加工过程中,通过对加工工序和程序的检验与修改,以达到数据加工工序和源程序优化的目的。以拖拉机箱体零部件曲面形状的数控加工为例,采用曲线拟合技术对数控加工过程的刀位进行了优化,利用UG软件对加工过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:刀位优化后的曲面加工最大过切和欠切量都有所降低,说明通过优化提高了数控加工精度。 In order to improve the processing accuracy of tractor box complex surface,arrange the processing procedure rationally and improve the processing efficiency,it introduced UG modeling and simulation technology into the process of part data processing.Through the inspection and modification of the processing procedure and procedure,it achieved the purpose of data processing procedure and source program optimization.Taking the NC machining of the surface shape of tractor box parts as an example,the tool position of NC machining process is optimized by curve fitting technology,and the machining process is simulated by UG software.The simulation results show that It can reduce the maximum overcut and undercut of the surface machined by the tool position optimization,which shows that the NC machining accuracy is improved by optimization.
