摘要
针对高校金融课程传统教学模式无法满足学生知识更新和实践操作需求的问题,线上线下混合教学模式应运而生。该模式结合网络教学的便捷性与传统课堂教学的实践性,通过选择与搭建线上教学平台、组织与安排线下教学活动,实现线上线下教学的有效衔接与互补。实施中引入动态学习与自适应教学机制,创新协作式与探究式学习模式,并构建多维度全过程评价体系,同时强调教师的角色转变与能力提升。这些措施旨在提升金融课程教学效果,满足学生需求,培养其创新思维和实践能力。
In response to the problem that the traditional teaching mode of financial courses in universities cannot meet the needs of students for knowledge updating and practical operation,a blended online and offline teaching mode has emerged.This model combines the convenience of online teaching with the practicality of traditional classroom teaching,and achieves effective connection and complementarity between online and offline teaching by selecting and building online teaching platforms,organizing and arranging offline teaching activities.Introducing dynamic learning and adaptive teaching mechanisms in implementation,innovating collaborative and inquiry based learning models,and constructing a multidimensional full process evaluation system,while emphasizing the role transformation and ability enhancement of teachers.These measures aim to enhance the teaching effectiveness of financial courses,meet the needs of students,and cultivate their innovative thinking and practical abilities.
