摘要
目的:探讨基于营养状态的多元化护理在消化道出血患者中的效果。方法:选择2021年8月—2022年12月南京市高淳人民医院接受治疗的80例消化道出血患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法进行分组,两组分别40例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组接受营养状态下多元化护理干预。观察两组患者的情况。结果:试验组干预后营养指标、生活质量及并发症发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化道出血患者中采用基于营养状态的多元化护理,可以有效改善患者机体营养指标水平,提高生活质量,同时降低并发症发生率,值得推广和使用。
Objective:To explore the effect of diversified nursing based on nutritional status in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of eighty patients with gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received diversified nursing intervention under nutritional state.The situation of two groups of patients were observed.Results:After intervention,the nutritional indexes,quality of life and complication rate of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of diversified nursing based on nutritional status in patients with digestive tract bleeding can effectively improve the nutritional index level of patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and use.
