摘要
目的:探讨应用阶段性健康教育护理上消化道出血患者的护理效果。方法:应用随机数字表法,将70例上消化道出血患者分为观察组(常规护理+阶段性健康教育)和对照组(常规护理)各35例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的健康知识认知程度优良率和治疗依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率和再出血率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在上消化道出血患者护理过程中给予阶段性健康教育,可增加患者对自身疾病的了解,提高治疗依从性和护理效果,促进恢复。
Objective:To explore the method and nursing effect of phased health education in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:All 70 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were divided into observation group(routine nursing+stage health education)and control group(routine nursing)35 cases each,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent rate of health knowledge cognition and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications and rebleeding rates were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of receiving nursing care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,periodical health education,increasing their understanding of their own diseases and guiding them to obey the doctor seriously can effectively improve the nursing effect and promote their rapid and good recovery.
