摘要
中小型包装饮用水生产企业清洁作业区空气洁净度检验结果不满足要求的情况经常发生。通过全面梳理影响清洁作业区空气洁净度的相关参数,对每一项参数的作用及可能引起该参数出现不满足要求的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决思路。以期为中小型包装饮用水生产企业危害分析关键点控制提供参考,同时为食品安全监管部门提供专业理论支持。
It often occurs that the air cleanliness test results in the clean working area of small and medium-sized packaging drinking water production enterprises do not meet the requirements.By comprehensively sorting out the relevant parameters that should be paid attention to in the air cleanliness inspection,the function of each parameter and the reasons for the possible introduction of the parameter that does not meet the requirements are analyzed and the solution is proposed,which provides a reference for the key point control of hazard analysis for small and medium-sized packaged drinking water manufacturers.At the same time,this paper can also provide professional theoretical support for food safety supervision departments.
