羊齿天门冬化学成分、现代药理作用及鉴定特征研究进展

摘要 羊齿天门冬(Asparagus filicinus D.Don)是一种常用中药,具有润肺燥湿、杀虫之功效。目前,从羊齿天门冬块根中鉴定出的化学成分约59种,包括甾体皂苷类、蜕皮甾酮类、木脂素类、酚酸类、有机酸和氨基酸等,其中主要是甾体皂苷类成分。现代药理学研究表明,羊齿天门冬具有抗肿瘤、镇咳、抗炎、抗菌等多种药理活性;在临床上,可用于治疗肺炎、支气管炎、肺结核、疥癣、肺癌等疾病。现有药理学研究主要为体外活性实验,还需要临床试验的进一步验证。本文就羊齿天门冬化学成分与药理作用方面进行了综述,并与其近缘种天门冬[Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.]进行了形态及解剖特征的比较,以期为羊齿天门冬的开发利用及临床应用提供参考。 Asparagus filicinus was a traditional Chinese medicine,with the effects of moisturizing lungs,drying dampness and killing insects.To date,about 59 chemical components were identified in the tuberous roots of this species,including steroid saponins,ecdysone,lignans,phenolic acids,organic acids and amino acids.Steroid saponins were the main components.Modern pharmacological studies showed that A.filicinus was with various pharmacological activities,such as antitumor,antitussive,anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic.Clinically,A.filicinus was used to treat pneumonia,bronchitis,tuberculosis,scabies,lung cancer and other diseases.Pharmacological studies were carried out by in vitro activity experiments,and further validation would be needed in clinical trials.In this review,chemical components,pharmacological action and other aspects of A.filicinus were outlined,as well as some identification characteristics.Morphological and anatomical structure characteristics of A.filicinus were compared with closely related A.cochinchinensis to provide valuable information for further development and clinical application of A.filicinus.
