摘要
为不断完善和提升住院医师规范化培训质量,以浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院住院医师规范化培训基地为研究对象,基于策划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)、处置或改进(action)的PDCA循环原则,从院级督导团队的组建和检查内容(plan)、督导评估体系的实施(do)、信息化督导系统的建立及进行有效的线上及线下检查(check)、督导后反馈和整改(action)4个方面建立院级督导体系,规范开展住院医师规范化培训院级督导工作程序,并通过PDCA循环的方法不断完善院级督导体系。结果表明,建立和完善基于PDCA循环的院级督导评估体系对提升师资教学能力以及住院医师规范化培训质量有重要促进作用。
In order to continuously improve and enhance the quality of standardized training for residents,the base of standardized training for residents of Children's Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine is used as the research object.Based on the principle of PDCA cycle of planning(plan),implementation(do),inspection(check),and disposal or improvement(action),the hospital-level supervision system is established from four aspects,such as the establishment of the hospital-level supervision team and inspection content(plan),the implementation of the supervision and evaluation system(do),and the establishment of an information supervision system including effective online and offline effective inspection(check),post-supervision feedback and rectification(action),standardize the supervision procedures of the hospital-level for the standardized training of residents,and constantly improve the supervision system of the hospital-level through the PDCA cycle.The results show that the establishment and improvement of the hospital-level supervision and evaluation system based on PDCA cycle has a very important role in promoting the teaching ability of teachers and the quality of standardized training of residents.
