摘要
目的探讨基于健康理念指导的阶段目标性干预对脑梗死恢复期患者运动功能及自护能力的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,选择2020年11月和2023年5月收治的脑梗死恢复期患者102例,数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组采用阶段目标性干预,观察组采用基于健康理念指导的阶段目标性干预,均连续护理1个月。比较2组护理前后的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)、抑郁自评量表(SDS评分)]、运动功能[肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA评分)]、自护能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA评分)]以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者SAS与SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者ESCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康理念指导的阶段目标性干预可以调节脑梗死恢复期患者心理状态,提高运动功能与自护能力,且患者护理满意度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of stage targeted interventions guided by health concepts on motor function and self-care ability in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)during recovery period.Methods This was a prospective randomized controlled study.Totally 102 patients with CI during the recovery period admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to May 2023 were enrolled and assigned into a control group(n=51)and an observation group(n=51)using a random number table method.The control group received stage targeted intervention,while the observation group received stage targeted intervention guided by health concepts.A 1-month nursing intervention was performed to compare Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)Scale,nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,significantly lower SAS and SDS scores,and significantly higher FMA and ESCA scores were found in the observation group than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CI during recovery period,stage targeted intervention guided by health concepts can adjust the psychological state,improve motor function and self-care ability,and with higher nursing satisfaction.
