摘要
目的通过综合护理方法干预治疗围绝经期综合征,观察综合护理方法对患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照方法将160例围绝经期综合征患者根据患者就诊病历号分为观察组和对照组。2组均采用常规西药治疗,对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。干预时间为30d。干预后分别对2组患者的心理状况、生活质量进行评分并比较。结果干预后,2组患者的心理状况和生活质量均得到了明显改善,且观察组患者心理状况、生活质量各项评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够对围绝经期综合征起到更好的治疗作用,能够有效调节患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量。
Objective Through comprehensive nursing methods to treat perimenopausal syndrome,observe the impact of comprehensive nursing methods on patients’mental state and quality of life.Methods A randomized controlled trial was performed to divide 160 patients with perimenopausal syndrome into observation group and control group according to the patient admission record number.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The intervention time was 30 days.After the intervention,the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were scored and compared.Results After the intervention,the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the psychological status and quality of life of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can play a better therapeutic role in perimenopausal syndrome,and can effectively adjust the patient’s psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients.
