摘要
乙醇酸甲酯同时具有酯基和羟基,能够发生多种化学反应,是一种重要的有机化工原料。传统生产方法主要包括甲酸甲酯偶联法、甲醛羰化酯化法和氯乙酸法等,具有污染环境、腐蚀性强、规模小、能耗高等问题,亟须开发绿色环保新工艺。重点介绍草酸二甲酯加氢法和甲缩醛羰基化法两类乙醇酸甲酯新型合成路线,总结催化剂研究进展及未来发展方向。介绍了5大类乙醇酸甲酯下游精细化学品,分析了制约乙醇酸甲酯向下游延伸发展的主要原因在于成本。未来随着乙醇酸甲酯新型合成路线技术不断成熟,成本有望下探,为开发下游乙醇酸甲酯制乙醇酸、丙二酸二甲酯、乙醛酸甲酯提供原料保障,助力下游聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、可降解塑料聚乙醇酸和医药中间体产业发展。
Methyl glycolate is an important organic chemical raw material that can undergo diverse chemical reactions because it has both ester group and hydroxyl group.Traditional methyl glycolate production methods mainly include methyl formate coupling method,formaldehyde carbonyl esterification method and chloroacetic acid method and so on,which have problems of environmental pollution,strong corrosion,small scale and high energy consumption.It is urgent to develop novel green environmentally friendly method.Novel dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation and methyl acetal carbonylation methods are introduced,and the research progress and future development direction of catalysts for these two methods are summarized.Downstream application of methyl glycolate is introduced.It is pointed out that the cost is the main reason restricting the extension and development of methyl glycolate to the downstream.In the future,with the becoming maturity of green synthesis route technologies,the cost is expected to decline,which will provide feedstock support for the development of downstream production of glycolic acid,dimethyl malonate,and methyl glyoxylate,and further assist in the development of polytrimethylene terephthalate,polyglycolic acid,and pharmaceutical intermediates.
