摘要
根据香源矿1304采煤工作面瓦斯涌出位置的差异,制定了在工作面待开采煤体利用顺层和穿层钻孔抽采,向采空区内埋管、钻入长距离高位钻孔的综合瓦斯抽采方案,实现高效瓦斯抽采。对瓦斯抽采效果进行分析,结果表明:从工作面抽采和采空区抽采出的瓦斯占瓦斯涌出量的75%,在上隅角和回风巷最大瓦斯浓度小于1%,符合采掘工作面的瓦斯浓度要求。
Based on the differences in gas emission locations in the 1304 coal mining face of Xiangyuan Mine,a comprehensive gas extraction plan was developed to extract gas from the coal body to be mined in the face by using parallel and through layer boreholes,burying pipes into the goaf,and drilling long-distance high-level boreholes,achieving efficient gas extraction.The analysis of the gas extraction effect shows that the gas extracted from the working face and goaf accounts for 75%of the gas emission,and the maximum gas concentration in the upper corner and return airway is less than 1%,which meets the requirements for gas concentration.
