突出煤层开采瓦斯综合治理技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 912综采工作面回采的9#煤具有突出危险性且煤层松软,依据912综采工作面现场情况,针对性提出瓦斯综合治理技术措施,并进行工程应用。具体采用高位钻孔预抽并拦截8#煤层卸压瓦斯;在底抽巷内向912综采工作面采空区布置穿层钻孔并施工反井钻孔进行低负压、大流量抽放,改变采空区瓦斯流场,降低采空区瓦斯涌出;采面布置超前探测钻孔以及注水钻孔,实现超前探测、瓦斯疏排并增加煤体含水率,进一步降低回采期间瓦斯涌出量并消除突出危险。现场应用后,912综采工作面煤炭产量稳定到3 kt/d,期间回风巷及回风隅角未出现瓦斯超限问题,实现了突出煤层瓦斯有效治理。 The 9#coal extracted from the 912 fully mechanized mining face has a prominent risk and the coal seam is soft.Based on the on-site situation of the 912 fully mechanized mining face,targeted gas comprehensive control technical measures are proposed and applied in engineering.Specifically,high-level drilling is used to pre extract and intercept the pressure relief gas in the 8#coal seam.Arrange through layer drilling and construct reverse well drilling in the goaf of the 912 fully mechanized mining face in the bottom drainage tunnel for low negative pressure and high flow drainage,changing the gas flow field in the goaf and reducing gas emission in the goaf.The mining face is equipped with advanced detection drilling and water injection drilling to achieve advanced detection,gas drainage,and increase the water content of the coal body,further reducing the amount of gas emission during mining and eliminating the risk of outburst.After on-site application,the coal production of the 912 fully mechanized mining face stabilized to 3 kt/d,and during this period,there was no problem of gas exceeding the limit in the return air roadway and return air corner,achieving effective gas control in outburst coal seams.
