电纳滤膜制备与表征的开放实验设计

摘要 开放实验课程是基于专业老师的研究课题,以学生为中心设计的研究型综合实验课程。课程实施过程主要包括课题选择、文献调研、实验及方案优化、数据处理及分析、报告撰写五部分。以电纳滤膜制备与表征实验为例:学生选定课题并分工后,通过文献调研确定初步实验方案;探究基膜、热处理温度对膜选择分离性能的影响以确定最优制膜条件;表征最优膜的性能并分析分离机理,结合与商品膜性能对比完善数据分析及实验报告。通过开放实验课程,将实现对学生团队合作能力、实践能力和创新能力等的综合培养。 The open experiment course has designed a student-centered research-oriented experimental teaching process based on the research projects of professional teachers.The course implementation process mainly includes five parts:subject selection,literature review,experiment and scheme optimization,data processing and analysis and report writing.Taking the electro-nanofiltration membrane preparation and characterization experiment as an example,after students selected the subject and divide the work,the preliminary experimental scheme was determined through literature research.The influence of the sub-membrane and the heat treatment temperature on the performance of membrane was explored to determine the optimal membrane preparation conditions.The performance of the optimal membrane was characterized and the separation mechanism was analyzed.Combing with the comparison of commercial membrane performance,the data analysis and experimental reports should be completed.Through the research-based open experimental course,the teamwork ability,practical ability and innovation ability of students were comprehensively cultivated.
