共建共享视角下数智校园的理论框架与数据治理实现路径 被引量:3

Theoretical Framework and Data Governance Realization Path of Digital Smart Campus under the Perspective of Co-constructionand Sharing

摘要 大数据时代,数智校园建设是我国教育信息化任务的重中之重,共建共享所形成的协同治理效应成为推动数智校园建设的创新动力。为增强校园数智化水平,探索校园治理能力的提升路径,文章首先根据现阶段的治理痛点,提出了健康安全、财产安全、学习预警、节能减碳和资源共享五大治理需求;然后,文章结合数智校园的概念内涵,引入了高校内部、高校外部多方共建共享的理念,设计了以“一个数据底座、一个综合平台和三个业务中心”为核心内容的数智校园系统框架,并建立了数智校园共建共享合作生态与共赢机制;最后,文章提出了校内合作、校校合作与校企合作数智校园数据治理的实现路径,以期为用数价值挖掘与数智校园建设提供可行方案。 In the era of big data,the construction of digital smart campus is the most important task of educational informatization in our country,and the collaborative governance effect formed by co-construction and sharing has become the innovative driving force to promote the construction of digital smart campus.In order to enhance the level of campus digital intelligence and explore the path to improve campus governance capacity,five governance needs were proposed according to the governance pain points in the current stage,which included the health safety,property safety,learning early warning,energy conservation and carbon reduction,and resource sharing.Then,combined with the concept of digital smart campus,this paper introduced the concept of multi-party co-construction and sharing inside and outside universities,designed the system architecture of digital smart campus with“one data base,one comprehensive platform and three business centers”as the core contents,and established the co-construction and sharing cooperation ecosystem and win-win mechanism of digital smart campus.Finally,the paper put forward the data governance realization path of digital smart campus of on-campus cooperation,school-school cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation,in order to provide a feasible scheme for digital value mining and digital intelligence campus construction.
