摘要
中国共产党的人才工作是党执政兴国的关键所在,也是推动中国式现代化建设的重要动力。回顾百年峥嵘岁月,党的人才工作从历史中汲取走向未来的智慧,这也深刻体现出党的人才工作始终服务于党和国家的中心工作,并在人才培养、人才选拔、人才发展等方面积累了丰富的经验。在新时代新征程上,党的人才工作立足国内国际两个大局,以中国式现代化全面推动中华民族伟大复兴为目标,在改革与创新中不断彰显出其识才、爱才、用才、容才、育才的鲜明特色。为了直面“世界百年未有之大变局”和“中华民族伟大复兴战略全局”的新形势,党的人才工作不仅深刻总结了其在百年发展历程中的历史经验,还牢牢把握住我国社会主要矛盾变化给人才工作带来的新任务和新挑战,为党的人才工作在今后的发展提供了重要启示。
