The Theoretical Approach and Practical Direction of the CPC's Centennial Talent Thought

摘要 党的百年奋斗重大成就离不开一代代杰出人才的不懈努力和辛苦付出,而这一代代的杰出人才正是在中国共产党人才思想的召唤和指引下,在不同的历史时期,在不同的战线、行业、领域建功立业。中国共产党人才思想经过百年的淬炼和积淀,不断地在继承中发展,在发展中创新,历经革命、建设、改革和新时代等历史发展时期,逐步形成了完备的理论体系,包括战略管控、时代考量、德帅才资、知行合一、价值旨归、汇聚英才六大实践向度。百年来党的人才思想逐步明确了人才主体、人才选任、人才发展、人才价值、人才环境五大主题内容,实现了三次大的理论飞跃,为中国社会主义现代化事业发展和实现中华民族的伟大复兴所面临的人才问题提供了理论指引和现实依循。 The great achievements of the CPC's Centennial struggle are inseparable from the unremitting efforts and hard work of generations of outstanding talents.Under the call and guidance of the CPC's talent thought,this generation of outstanding talents make achievements in different fronts,industries and fields in different historical periods.After a hundred years of refining and accumulation,the talent thought of the Communist Party of China has continuously developed in inheritance and innovation in development.After a period of historical development such as revolution,construction,reform and new time,it has gradually formed a complete theoretical system,including six practical dimensions,such as strategic management and control,consideration of the times,virtue and talent,unity of knowledge and practice,value purpose and gathering talents.Over the past century,the party's talent thought has gradually defined the five themes of talent subject,talent selection and appointment,talent development,talent value and talent environment,realized three major theoretical leaps,and provided theoretical guidance and practical basis for the talent problems faced by the development of China's socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
