基于康复机器人技术的脑卒中后偏瘫上肢功能及生活能力训练的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 卒中后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍给患者的生活自理能力带来了很大影响,使患者承担着较大的精神压力,同时给家庭带来了沉重的生活与经济负担。随着科技的进步与康复医学技术的持续发展,康复机器人在偏瘫治疗上的应用逐渐增多,其最大优势在于可以为患者提供高重复性的运动训练,以促进卒中后偏瘫上肢功能的提升,是对传统康复治疗的补充。此外,通过应用康复机器人可以减轻康复治疗师的工作量,使治疗师将全部精力投入到手法治疗中,充分提高治疗效果,增强恢复预期,康复机器人在康复治疗工作中具有着积极的作用。 Upper limb motor dysfunction in post-stroke hemiplegic patients can greatly affect their ability to take care of themselves,which puts a great deal of mental pressure on the patients and imposes a heavy financial burden on their families.With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of rehabilitation medicine technology,the application of rehabilitation robots in hemiplegia treatment has gradually increased,and its biggest advantage is that it can provide patients with highly repetitive exercise training to promote the function of their upper limbs,which is complementary to the traditional rehabilitation treatment.In addition,by applying rehabilitation robots,the workload of rehabilitation therapists can be reduced,so that therapists can devote all their energy to manipulative therapy to fully improve the therapeutic effect and enhance the expectation of recovery,and rehabilitation robots have a positive role in rehabilitation therapy work.
