摘要
口干症是一种常见的临床症状,属于中医学“燥证”“燥痹”范畴,目前西医对该病的发病机制的认识仍有不足,治疗尚未有特效药。韩明向教授为国家级名老中医,安徽省中医内科重点学科带头人,临床经验颇丰,用药巧妙,对口干症的治疗有独到见解且疗效确切。韩教授提出口干症的病位在脾、胃、肺、肾。提出口干症的病机多为湿热中阻、肾阴不足等虚实两个方面。实证者多由津液不布所致,此类患者平素嗜食肥甘厚腻之品,损伤脾胃;虚证者多见于多种慢性疾病迁延日久,津液耗伤。其对口干症的临床诊治颇有心得,认为应分别从清热利湿、滋养肾阴两个方面进行辨治。每每诊治,屡获良效,现选取验案两则,为临证提供参考。
Dry mouth is a common clinical symptom,which belongs to the category of“dryness syndrome”and“dryness arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine.At present,Western medicine still lacks understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease,and there is no specific medicine for treatment.Professor HAN Mingxiang is a national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor and the leader of the key discipline of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine in Anhui Province.He has rich clinical experience and clever use of medicine.He has unique insights and definite efficacy in the treatment of dry mouth.Professor HAN Mingxiang proposed that the location of dry mouth is spleen,stomach,lung and kidney.It is proposed that the pathogenesis of dry mouth is mostly due to damp-heat obstruction and kidney yin deficiency.Excessive syndrome is mostly caused by the lack of body fluid.Such patients usually like to eat fatty and greasy food,which damages the spleen and stomach;deficiency syndrome is mostly seen in a variety of chronic diseases that have been prolonged for a long time,and body fluid is damaged.He has a lot of experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dry mouth,and believes that it should be differentiated and treated from the two aspects of clearing heat and dampness and nourishing kidney yin.He has repeatedly achieved good results in diagnosis and treatment.Now two cases are selected to provide reference for clinical practice.
