摘要
目的:分析癫痫患者社会参与水平及其影响因素。方法:选取我院2022年2月至2023年1月收治的128例癫痫患者为研究对象,采用中文版自主参与问卷调查患者的社会参与水平,采用多元线性回归分析法分析社会参与水平的影响因素。结果:128例癫痫患者中文版自主参与问卷得分为(71.25±5.67)分。不在职、发作频率≥1次/3个月、家庭功能障碍、病耻感强烈、心理状况差是癫痫患者社会参与水平的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患者社会参与水平处于中等,且受发作频率、家庭功能、心理状况等多种因素影响,应针对其影响因素制定个体化干预方案,以提高患者的社会参与水平。
Objective:To analyze the social participation level and influencing factors of epilepsy patients.Methods:128 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The Chinese version of the self-participation questionnaire was used to investigate the social participation level of patients.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of social participation level.Results:The score of the Chinese version of the self-participation questionnaire for 128 epilepsy patients was(71.25±5.67)points.Non-employment,frequency of seizures≥1 time/3 months,family dysfunction,strong sense of shame,and poor psychological status were risk factors for the social participation level of epilepsy patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The social participation level of epilepsy patients is moderate.It is influenced by various factors such as seizure frequency,family function,and psychological status.Individualized intervention plans should be developed based on influencing factors in order to improve the social participation level of patients.
