摘要
目的对医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)进行心理测量学的信效度检验。方法用医院焦虑抑郁量表对287名孕期妇女进行施测,对回收有效问卷进行分析。结果医院焦虑与抑郁量表用于孕期妇女时,有令人满意的结构效度,量表的内部一致性信度为0.862,各维度的α系数在0.797～0.800之间,量表具有较高的信度。结论医院焦虑抑郁量表经过分析具有比较令人满意的信度、效度,可以用于产妇产前焦虑与抑郁情绪的测定。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale for pregnant women from psychological measuring. Methods 287 pregnant women were measured by Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale and the questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results The scale for pergnant women had good reliability and construct validity. The scale＇s Cronbach＇ α was 0.862, and Cronbach＇α of all factors were between 0.797-0.800. Conclusion The reliability and validity of scale is satisfactory, and it can be used to assess the anxiety and depression of pregnant women.
