基于K210的建筑工人安全帽佩戴检测及考勤系统设计

摘要 为解决施工现场人员考勤及正确佩戴安全帽检测问题,开发了以K210处理器为核心的工人安全帽佩戴检测及考勤系统。该系统分为主控系统和上位机管理系统两部分,主控系统通过摄像头获取施工现场入口图像信息,识别图像中的人脸及安全帽佩戴情况,如果属于工地工作人员且正确佩戴了安全帽,则计入考勤信息并打开闸门放行,若图像中的人员不属于该工地工作人员或未正确佩戴安全帽则发出警报,闸门不放行。主控系统通过WiFi与上位机通讯,将工地入口的图像和考勤信息上传至上位机管理系统。上位机管理系统具有工地入口图像显示和考勤信息查询、统计等功能。经测试,该系统的人脸识别成功率达到95%,安全帽佩戴检测正确率达到98%。引入该系统后,减轻了管理员对工地工作人员安全帽佩戴监督与考勤管理的工作压力,提高了工作效率。 In order to solve the problems of workers’attendance and helmet wearing inspection at the construction site,a worker’s helmet wearing inspection and attendance system based on k210 processor is developed.The system is divided into the main control system and the upper computer display management system.The main control system obtains the image information of the entrance of the construction site through the camera to identify the face and helmet wearing in the image.If the personnel belong to the site staff and wear the helmet correctly,it will be included in the attendance information and the gate for release will open.If the personnel in the image do not belong to the site staff or do not wear the helmet correctly,it will give an alarm and the gate will not be released.The main control system communicates with the upper computer through WiFi and uploads the site entrance image and attendance information to the upper computer management system.The upper computer management system has the functions of site entrance image display,attendance information query and counting.The system test shows that the success rate of face recognition is 95%,and the success rate of the detection of helmet wearing is 98%.After the introduction of this system,the administrator’s working pressure of safety helmet wearing supervision and attendance management of site staff is reduced,and the work efficiency is improved.
