摘要
某电厂发生锅炉水冷壁管开裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法分析了水冷壁管开裂的原因。结果表明:水冷壁管接头对接环焊缝焊接产生了残余应力,材料中存在焊接缺陷,在高温、高压环境下,缺陷逐渐扩展为孔洞,并对其他管壁造成冲蚀破坏,最终导致水冷壁管开裂。
Cracking of boiler water wall pipe occurred in a power plant.The causes of cracking in water wall pipes were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness testing.The results show that residual stress was generated during the welding of the circumferential weld seam at the joint of the water wall pipe,and there were welding defects in the material.Under high temperature and pressure environments,the defects gradually expanded into holes and caused erosion damage to other pipe walls,ultimately led to cracking of the water wall pipe.
