摘要
我国高铁运架梁设备经过二十几年的发展,已经处于世界领先水平,但国内未见针对高铁运架梁设备的报废标准,严重制约该设备的质量管理工作。本文基于高铁运架梁设备的结构特征、常见工况等,并结合长期实践经验和行业内相关设备报废标准,选取钢结构、电气系统、液压系统、动力系统和设备年龄等5个一级指标和细化的15个二级指标,利用层次分析法建立评价指标体系,利用德尔菲法确定指标权重分值,制定评价指标取值及评价结果分级标准。运用该评价体系对汉江重工有限公司13台运架梁设备进行报废评价,结果显示:准许报废设备1台,预备报废设备2台,与实际情况相符。该体系的构建,使得高铁运架梁设备报废工作客观化、具体化、系统化,既保证了设备的安全运行又能避免资源的浪费。
After more than 20 years of development,China’s high-speed railway girder-transporting and erecting equipment has been in the world’s leading level,but there is no scrap standard for high-speed railway girder-transporting and erecting equipment in China,which seriously restricts the quality management of the equipment.Based on the structural characteristics and common working conditions of high-speed railway girder-transporting and erecting equipment,combined with long-term practical experience and relevant equipment scrapping standards in the industry,5 primary indexes including steel structure,electrical system,hydraulic system,power system and equipment age,and 15 secondary indexes were selected.The evaluation index system was established by using analytic hierarchy process,the weight score of the index was determined by the Delphi method,and the evaluation index value and evaluation result grading standard were formulated.The evaluation system was used to evaluate the scrapping of 13 girder-transporting and erecting equipment of Hanjiang Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.The results showed that 1 was approved to be scrapped and 2 were ready to be scrapped,which was consistent with the actual situation.The construction of the system makes the scrapping work of high-speed railway girder-transporting and erecting equipment objective,specific and systematic,which not only ensures the safe operation of the equipment but also avoids the waste of resources.
