摘要
ChatGPT作为人工智能技术迭代升级的里程碑,已受到社会各界的关注和追捧。类ChatGPT人工智能技术在乡村文化振兴领域有着广阔前景与巨大机遇,主要体现为能够促进文化供需适配精准化与在线教育学习,文化遗产保护传承与人工智能化创作,数字图书馆建设和社群在线合作共享,新型文化体验感与文化创意产业经济。然而,以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能技术也给乡村文化振兴事业带来了一系列挑战:在数字基建运维方面,面临基础设施与运行维护不足的问题;在文化建设主体方面,面临技术接受度与主体性弱化问题;在文化生产过程方面,面临数据质量与技术适配困境;在文化使用传播方面,面临知识质量与法律政治风险。文章提出要从顶层设计维度,统筹推进数字基建,培育文化运维人才;从社会治理维度,提升技术可接受性,坚持积极主动创新;从技术发展维度,研发自主可控技术,强化文化领域运用;从制度建设维度,健全相关法律法规,加强意识形态监管。
ChatGPT,as a milestone in the iterative upgrading of artificial intelligence technology,has been concerned and sought after by all walks of life.ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence technology has broad prospects and huge opportunities in the field of rural cultural revitalization,mainly reflected in the promotion of cultural supply and demand adaptation precision and online education and learning,cultural heritage protection and inheritance and artificial intelligence creation,digital library construction and community online cooperation and sharing,a new sense of cultural experience and cultural creative industry economy.However,the new generation of AI technology represented by ChatGPT also brings a series of challenges to the cause of rural cultural revitalization.In the digital infrastructure operation and maintenance,it faces inadequate infrastructure and operation maintenance.In the aspect of cultural construction subject,it faces the weakening of technology acceptance and subjectivity.In the cultural production process,it faces the dilemma of data quality and technology adaptation.In the aspect of cultural use and dissemination,it faces knowledge quality and legal and political risks.The article proposes to promote digital infrastructure and cultivate cultural operation and maintenance talents from the perspective of top-level design;enhance the acceptability of technology and insist on proactive innovation from the perspective of social governance;research and develop autonomous and controllable technology and strengthen the application in the field of culture from the perspective of technological development;and improve the relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the supervision of ideology from the perspective of system construction.
