摘要
目的 探讨人性化护理干预在剖宫产产妇围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年8月蒙城县第一人民医院产科病房收治的80例剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组予以常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以人性化护理,比较两组心理状态和疼痛情况。结果 手术当天两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较入院时升高,术后3 d SAS、SDS评分较手术当天降低,且观察组手术当天与术后3 d的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后2、12、48、72 h的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理干预在剖宫产产妇围手术期的应用效果较好,可有效改善产妇的心理状态,减轻疼痛程度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in perioperative period of parturients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients with cesarean section in the Obstetric Ward of Mengcheng County First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the control group,and the psychological state and pain of the two groups were compared.Results On the day of operation,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were higher than those at admission,and the scores of SAS and SDS at 3 days after operation were lower than those on the day after operation(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale s cores of the obs ervation group at 2,12,48,and 72 hours after delivery were l ower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing intervention in perioperative period of parturients with cesarean section is good,which can effectively improve the psychological state,and reduce pain degree of parturients.
