摘要
骨肉瘤作为临床最常见的骨恶性肿瘤,在早期就可发生远端转移,对人类的生命健康有巨大的威胁,现代医学治疗手段提高了骨肉瘤患者的生存率,但对于转移或者复发的患者,其生存率和生活质量仍不容乐观。中医学对骨肉瘤的病因病机有一定的认识,中医药在延长骨肉瘤患者的寿命、提高其生活质量、减轻放化疗的不良反应、增强放化疗的作用等方面有重要的作用。齐元富教授认为骨肉瘤病位在骨,先天不足、肝肾亏虚是发病的重要原因,饮食不节、跌仆损伤也是重要因素。气郁、痰湿、毒邪是骨肉瘤发生发展过程中重要的病理因素,也是骨肉瘤患者病情进展的重要因素,治疗上以扶正祛邪为重点,采用清热解毒、健脾和胃、清肺化痰、扶正补虚等方法,取得了良好的治疗效果。文章概括了齐元富教授治疗骨肉瘤的经验,通过收集、研究齐元富教授门诊病历,总结、归纳齐元富教授治疗骨肉瘤的辨证经验、治疗思路及常用药物,为临床治疗骨肉瘤提供一定借鉴。
As the most common bone malignant tumor in clinic,osteosarcoma can have distal metastasis at an early stage,Awhich is a great threat to human life.Modern medical treatment has improved the survival rate of osteosarcoma patients,but the survival rate and quality of life of patients with metastasis or recurrence are still not optimistic.Traditional Chinese medicine has a certain understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in prolonging the life span of osteosarcoma patients,improving quality of life,reducing the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and enhancing the role of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Professor QI Yuanfu believes that osteosarcoma is located in bone.Congenital factors,deficiency of liver and kidney are important causes of osteosarcoma,as are improper diet and falling injury.Qi(气)stagnation,phlegm dampness and toxin are important pathological factors in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma,as well as important factors in the disease progression of osteosarcoma patients.In treatment,we should focus on strengthening health and eliminating pathogens,and adopt methods such as clearing heat and detoxification,strengthening spleen and stomach,clearing lung and resolving phlegm,and strengthening health and tonifying deficiency,which have achieved good therapeutic effects.Through collecting and studying the medical records of Professor QI Yuanfu,this paper summarizes Professor QI Yuanfu’s experience in the treatment of osteosarcoma,treatment ideas and commonly used drugs,so as to provide some ideas for the clinical treatment of osteosarcoma.
