摘要
随着光伏发电技术在电力系统中的广泛应用,带来的负荷波动和预测不确定性对电网稳定性构成了挑战。文章深入分析光伏渗透率对电力系统稳定性的影响,探讨负荷波动对电网调频与调峰的挑战,并评估光伏负荷预测不确定性的影响。针对这些问题,提出了一系列优化策略,包括基于预测的负荷控制方法和储能与智能电网集成的优化方案。通过案例分析,验证所提策略的有效性,为电力系统运营商提供实用的管理建议。
With the widespread application of photovoltaic power generation technology in power systems,the load fluctuations and prediction uncertainties it brings pose a challenge to the stability of the power grid.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of photovoltaic penetration on power system stability,discusses the challenges of load fluctuations to power grid frequency regulation and peak regulation,and evaluates the impact of photovoltaic load forecast uncertainty.In response to these problems,a series of optimization strategies are proposed,including prediction-based load control methods and optimization solutions for integration of energy storage and smart grids.Through case analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified and practical management suggestions are provided for power system operators.
