摘要
随着直流系统和本地新能源对常规电源的置换效应加剧,预先提升常规电源无功出力增加了受端负荷中心基态电压过高和动态无功储备不足的风险。因此,提出一种考虑开机措施的两阶段启发式优化方法求解暂态电压跌落安全预防控制模型。根据暂态电压最薄弱母线筛选故障,基于性价比指标筛选措施,以减小计算规模。先进行预留部分无功可调空间的常规容抗器投退措施和发电机无功出力调整措施优化,若电压安全裕度改善效果不明显再进行开机措施及减有功出力平衡机组措施优化。在优化过程中,采用组合优化和枚举并行的方式提高计算效率。最后,通过某实际电网的算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
Conventional power supplies are replaced by DC system and local new energy gradually.Increasing the reactive power output of conventional power supply in advance will induce potential risk of steady state over voltage and the insufficient dynamic reactive power reserve.Therefore,a two-stage heuristic optimization method considering start-up measures is proposed to solve the transient voltage dip security preventive control model.In order to reduce the computing scale,faults are selected according to the weakest transient voltage bus and the measures are selected according to the performance-price ratio.The reactors/capacitors switching measures and reactive power adjustable units are searched with the reserved part of the reactive adjustable space.Then,the start-up unit measures and the balancing active power adjustable unit measures are searched if the transient voltage safety margin cannot be improved obviously.Combinatorial optimization and enumeration are adopted in parallel computation to improve computation efficiency.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of an actual power grid.
