摘要
目的分析戊酸雌二醇结合地屈孕酮治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取92例更年期综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,试验组采用戊酸雌二醇结合地屈孕酮治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果治疗后2个月,研究组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,研究组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.52%与对照组的4.35%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论更年期综合征用药治疗中,相比戊酸雌二醇单一用药,联合地屈孕酮片具有强化疗效作用,具体表现为促进激素水平与子宫内膜厚度改善,并提高机体免疫功能,且并未增加不良反应,此方案安全可行。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with desdrogesterone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods 92 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate and the experimental group was treated with estradiol valerate combined with dydrogesterone.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results Two months after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of estradiol(E_(2))were higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the control group(P<o.05).Two months after treatment,CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(6.52%)and the control group(4.35%)(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of menopausal syndrome,compared with estradiol valerate alone,the combination of desdrogesterone tablets has a strengthening effect,which can promote the improvement of hormone levels and endometrial thickness,and improve the immune function of the body,and does not increase the adverse reactions,suggesting that this regimen is safe and feasible.
